Stryker + HBCU 20x20 are committed to paving the way for students from HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) in the field of business and are excited to announce applications for the Stryker + HBCU 20x20 Marketing & Finance Fellowship program.
Selected fellows will undergo a 4-week program with workshops led by professionals from Stryker with the goal of preparing and connecting program participants into promising careers at Stryker.

Interested in joining the Stryker + HBCU 20x20 Marketing & Finance Fellowship? Here's what we are looking for:
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student graduating between December 2025 - May 2027 from an HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and University).
- Students studying and interested in working in the field of business, marketing, finance and accounting majors are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (Does not require sponsorship now or in the future)
- Must be willing to accept a paid Stryker in-person position located in Mahwah, New Jersey or Kalamazoo, Michigan during summer 2025. (Reimbursement relocation packages are available)
- Familiarity with the Stryker brand
- 3.0 GPA Requirement
